We have created a beautiful space in Southern France,located in a rustic home from home traditional French Villa with it's own private pool.

This five day retreat is a beautiful blend of mind, body and soul work.
We will help you to explore body movement via Yoga Asana with gentleness & curiosity and you will learn how to align both the conscious & unconscious mind working with Generative Trance, a deeply transformational approach to working with the mind to transform our life experiences, both positive and negative to enable us to connect to our inner resources and creativity.
Regardless of your level of experience with either deep trance work or Yoga, you will discover more ease and comfort in your mind, body and spirit.
(No experience of Yoga is required)
